Return Period

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange.

  • Original condition - All pages intact and clean
  • Original packaging - Including any protective materials
  • Complete - All components included

How to Return Items

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged)

Step 2: We'll provide return instructions and a return authorisation number

Step 3: Package items securely and ship to our return address

Step 4: We'll process your return within 5-7 business days of receipt

Refund Method: Original payment method used for purchase

Refund Amount: Full purchase price (original shipping costs non-refundable)

Return Shipping: Customer responsible unless item is defective or our error

Exchanges

For exchanges involving price differences, we'll refund or charge the difference accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and store credits
